imgtojpg.org provides digital services for image conversion and related tools. As a digital service, access is granted immediately upon successful payment. We strive to ensure a smooth experience for all users.

2. Refund Eligibility (Duration & Mode)

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Accidental duplicate payment (only one active subscription retained)
• Technical issues preventing service usage, where our support team is unable to resolve within 72 hours
• Unauthorized transaction (requires proof and may take up to 7–10 business days for investigation)

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind after successful usage
• Failure to read features/limitations before purchase
• Issues caused by unsupported or corrupted files

Refund Duration: Eligible refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the original payment date.

Refund Mode: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Processing Time: 5–7 business days after approval (subject to payment gateway timelines).

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial/prorated refunds are provided for the remaining period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@imgtojpg.org with the following details:

• Registered email address
• Payment ID / Transaction ID
• Date and amount paid
• Reason for refund request with any relevant screenshots

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway timelines.
